"I am so thankful when I need help I can call NCS and Nick takes charge. Being so knowledgeable I don't have to be concerned it will take much time, nor will I lose what I have typed, and I feel confident he is in the business to help. He isn't a taker; he is a giver. I understand him because he speaks my language. I don't need to keep saying, "Will you repeat what you just said?" I have my computer fixed quickly and I am on my way to doing what I know best."

"When my Lenovo computer crashed for a second time. I decided to build a new tower computer with Nick. In 3.5 hours he put it together and had all my files and even my email up and running again, but at 10X the speed! It was a great experience."
